Additionally, we had to develop an intelligent context engine for dynamic business logic integration and implement comprehensive post-call processing and analytics capabilities.

We delivered a cutting-edge white-labelled SaaS platform that empowers customer service providers and their clients with advanced AI phone agent capabilities. The platform was architected using a cutting-edge tech stack, combining NextJS and serverless Vercel Functions with PostgreSQL for maximum scalability and performance. The sophisticated AI phone agent seamlessly integrates industry-leading technologies including VAPI, ChatGPT 4o + Claude 3.5, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs APIs, all orchestrated through a robust AWS cloud infrastructure. The system features an intuitive interface for agent creation and management, comprehensive business context integration, and real-time analytics. Our enterprise-grade solution includes detailed reporting dashboards for call metrics and cost analysis, all secured through role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure data privacy and operational security.
